A. HR Consultancy

  • Engagements follow a formal contract outlining project scope, timeline, and fees
  • Our advice is based on provided information; we do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Standard payment split: 50% upfront, 30% mid-point, 20% on delivery (unless otherwise agreed)

B. AI Governance & Ethical Compliance

  • We provide strategic support to ensure your AI tools align with ethical, legal, and sustainability standards
  • Our services align with the UK GDPR, Equality Act 2010, AI assurance frameworks, and upcoming AI regulation guidance outlined by the UK’s Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI).
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate technical specifications and organisational needs
  • We provide strategic support to ensure your AI tools align with ethical, legal, and sustainability standard

C. Training Marketplace

For Learners:

  • Access to online courses is granted after full payment
  • No refunds after course access unless otherwise specified
  • Content is for personal, non-transferable use

For Instructors:

  • You retain intellectual property over your content
  • We retain a 20% platform fee on each sale
  • Your content must comply with UK education, copyright, and equality laws

D. Recruitment Platform

For Employers:

  • Our recruitment service is currently offered free of charge
  • Jobs must comply with employment law and ethical hiring standards
  • We reserve the right to decline listings that breach EDI principles

For Candidates:

  • CVs and application data will be shared with relevant employers
  • You must ensure your information is accurate and job-appropriate

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g. Stripe, card, or bank transfer)
  • We do not store payment details
  • VAT may apply based on the nature and location of the service

7. Refund Policy

HR Consultancy: Partial refunds may be considered for prepaid services not yet delivered AI & Training Services: No refunds once access is granted unless the course/service is defective or not as described Recruitment Services: Recruitment services are currently free. Refunds are not applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on our website is protected by UK copyright law
  • Instructors grant us a license to host and promote their courses
  • AI strategies, frameworks, and toolkits we share remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated

9. Data Protection & Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages
